Useful Information
Period of validity
The information appearing in this dossier is valid from 1 November 2005 until 31 October 2006.
Prices
All prices are net, per person (unless otherwise stated) and include VAT.
Payment
All payments must be made in euros and through any of the methods of payment authorised by El Poble Espanyol.
Should it be decided to pay on the day, payment can only be made in cask or by bankcard at the El Poble Espanyol ticket offices.
Bank charges related to the methods of payment used must be paid by the contracting party. Any kind of invoice will not be deemed as paid until complete payment of its amount is received, with bank charges included (if it is the case) –such as, for example, wire transfer costs and cheque charges originating from a foreign bank.
Reservations
It is essential that the reservation is made effective, either by fax (93 5086333) or by e-mail to: inforeserva@poble-espanyol.com
Under no circumstances can reservations be accepted by telephone.
Gratuities
Services will be free for the driver and guide.
With regard to school groups, an attempt will be made to offer all possible gratuities to teachers. There will be, at least, one free pass for every 25 children. However, the number of gratuities will be studied in each case, valuing the proportion of the number of accompanying teachers per number of students.
Set menus
In the food and beverage section, and with regard to the options for choosing dishes, the group must agree on the same menu. Boys and girls of 15 years old must choose an adult menu and, in this case, alcohol will be excluded without modification of the final price of the service.
Catering
Confirmation of a catering service reservation will be carried out through ourselves, and the contractual close and liquidation of this service will be directly made between the client and the catering service chosen for the occasion.
Proposed banquet areas
Special limited offer for groups of at least 50 people. This offer includes the list of services described in the corresponding section. Any request for services that differ from the special-combined offer will be deemed a personalised event and the offer will not apply, but rather a specific quote for the occasion.
Guided tour
Languages available: Catalan, Spanish, French and English.
Consult the supplement for guided tours held after 7 pm.
Modifications or general cancellations
Requests for modification or cancellations must be made in writing. Notification of changes or cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
Confirmation of a reservation (except the free visit) is subject to acceptance of the following condition:
In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no-show of the group at the planned time, 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid for costs incurred.
In the event of cancellation of the service in El Tablao, 100% of this "total amount" must be paid.
